If you listened to my Thought of the Moment podcast the other day, I am less interested in the Golden Globes than I have ever been. In fact, it was only within the last few hours that I decided whether or not to actually watch the awards. Here are my no frills predictions and I might be back tomorrow with an analysis how things went down.

  • Best Motion Picture Drama – Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri
  • Best Motion Picture Comedy/Musical – Get Out*
  • Best Actress Drama – (Three Billboards)
  • Best Actor Drama – (Phantom Thread)
  • Best Actress Musical/Comedy – (I, Tonya)
  • Best Actor Musical/Comedy – (Disaster Artist)
  • Best Motion Picture Animated – Coco
  • Best Motion Picture Foreign Language – The Square
  • Best Supporting Actress – (I, Tonya)
  • Best Supporting Actor – (All the Money in the World)
  • Best Director – Martin McDonagh (Three Billboards)
