I have to say that I had a little bit of a laugh when I heard this one.

Apparently 20th Century Fox has optioned the simulation videogame Spore to be made into a CGI animated film directed by Ice Age’s Chris Wedge.

Spore is a pretty fun videogame and I enjoy playing it whenever I can, however I never in a million years would have thought that it would make a good film (since all the game involves is creating and evolving random creatures).

I do say it will be interesting how the film turns out.
