Classic Thoughts: Snatch.
With yesterday’s DVD release of RocknRolla, I thought I would take a look back at Guy Ritchie’s previous high-profile film.
Like RocknRolla, Snatch follows various criminals in London, all of whom want to get a hold of a stolen diamond.
The film features many memorable performances, most notably Brad Pitt as an Irish gypsy, whom you can’t understand a word he is saying.
The film also features to Ritchie regulars, who would later gain more attention in North American: Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones.
Snatch was the film that introduced to me to Guy Ritchie and it is still one of my favourites.
