Fan Expo 2012 Day 4: Time for the Headliners

DSC02793

The bulk of my final day at Fan Expo was spent going to my two must-see Q&A sessions, both of which were preceded by a 1-2 hour wait in line to ensure the best seats.

The first Q&A I went to was for John Carpenter.  The start of the Q&A was slightly delayed because a screening/Q&A of this new show called Arrow was running long.  Carpenter’s Q&A was enjoyable, even though it only lasted about half an hour.  The big Q&A of the day was for none other than Christopher Lloyd, in which he talked about all of his iconic roles (and even spouted a few of his catchphrases).  It was definitely well worth my long wait in line.

I spent the final hour of the Expo wandering around the showfloor one last time and picking up a few last-minute swag items.  On my way out, I caught the final few minutes of voice-actor Billy West’s Q&A, which was a good way to end things on a high note.

Watch out in the next day or two for my complete Fan Expo wrap-up, which will include a full photo gallery and (in a first for this blog) a video of highlights.
