I’m sorry I haven’t commented on this before, but you may have heard that Fox is battling Warner Brothers over the claim to the rights of the new film adaptation of the graphic novel Watchmen (one of the most anticipated comicbook films of the year).

Well, an open letter has been posted by the film’s producer Lloyd Levlin about the situation.

One interesting fact in this letter is that Fox actually passed on making the film when they were presented with the same package that Warner Brothers received.

A judge will soon make a decision on this matter and hopefully we can still expect the film to be released on March 6.
