News: Lionsgate to release Kick-Ass in 2010

After the first footage was shown at the San Diego Comic-Con, Matthew Vaughn’s comic-adaptation Kick-Ass entered into a bidding war between Lionsgate, Paramount, and Universal.

Well, it turns out that Lionsgate won the bidding war and plans to release the film sometime in 2010.
