Trailer Thoughts: X-Files: I Want to Believe

This week I shall look at the trailer for the return of The X-Files after the series ended six years ago.

X-Files: I Want to Believe

I can say that I have been a casual fan of The X-Files. I watched a few episodes of the series, but I never followed the plot religiously. In fact, most of the episodes I watched were the “monster of the week” episodes, which this film is similar (i.e. it’s a standalone story).

The trailer is very cryptic on the plot details, which is a good thing, since you would want to find that out when you see the movie. All I can tell from the trailer is that it’s a snowbound case and the film features as a priest that can see visions and that’s about it.

I can definitely say that I will be looking forward to this film when it comes out July 25.
