Shutter Island

I have to say that there were a few moments in in which I was feeling a bit confused.  It was not until the end of the film when I was able to piece everything together.

If anything, this film proves that had the power to direct anything he wanted after finally winning an Oscar for The Departed (though you can argue he had that power anything).

The film is definitely an intriguing thriller with many twists and turns and it’s definitely something that will have to be seen multiple times in order to know what’s going on.

It may not be Scorsese’s best film, but I was still entertained by it.

8/10
