War Horse

WarHorse

It’s definitely been a busy holiday season for Steven Speilberg, with being the second film of two simultaneous films directed by him to be released this season.  The film is adaptation of the novel and stage play (which actually opens in Toronto next month).

The film tells the story of a horse named Joey, who is witness to the events of the first World War as he moves from owner to owner.  It is definitely an interesting story, since the horse is the centre of the story and almost seems just as human as the other characters.

The film also pull at your heartstrings with the hope that Joey would be reunited with his original owner Albert (), who eventually enlists to find his horse.

Overall, I can say that War House was one very intriguging oddesy for a horse named Joey.
