Doing this week’s post a day early to make sure I get everything in.

New Releases

• The Raid (March 22) – This is exciting.  I just got a pass to see an advanced screening tonight of the film the rocked last year’s Midnight Madness programme at TIFF.  Should be a fun screening (BTW, I don’t like referencing the film with the Redemption subtitle they tacked on for copyright reasons).
• The Hunger Games (March 23) – Also tonight, I will be going to a midnight screening of The Hunger Games. This is only the second midnight screening for a new release I’ve been to (the last being Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, Part 2).  Should be good.
• Tabloid (March 27 or 29) – The latest documentary by Errol Morris plays for three screenings at the Bloor Cinema.  I hope to catch either the Tuesday or Thursday screening.
