This Week in Movies – May 25-31
Thing are really starting to heat up (both figuratively and literally) and the summer movie season is now in full swing. Here’s what I have on deck for this week.
New Releases
- Men in Black III (May 27) – While a decade may be a little too long a wait between sequels, I still plan on checking out the third entry in this series (though not in 3D).
- Indie Game: The Movie (May 29) – After sadly having to miss out on the film during Hot Docs, I finally get to check out this documentary about independent videogame designers. I’m going to schedule it in for Tuesday.
Special Events
- 360 Screenings (May 25) – I got a last minute (as in I bought it last night) ticket to the debut of this new immersive cinematic experience. I’ll make sure to write a full report afterwards.
