My main pick this week will be The Green Hornet, which began as a radio serial in the 1930s, before being featured in the 1960s TVs series, notable for introducing us to Bruce Lee. The film version, directed by Michel Gondry and starring Seth Rogen, has been receiving mixed to bad reviews with a 43% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
However, it’s not as bad as The Dilemma, the new Vince Vaughn comedy, which only has a 24% Fresh rating.
The best reviews goes to the Canadian co-production Barney’s Version, which has a 78% Fresh rating.
