This Weekend in Movies – November 5, 2010 – Due Date, Megamind, 127 Hours, and More

DueDate 1

There is definitely plenty to choose from this weekend in terms of films I am interested in.  My top pick is most likely Due Date, the new comedy by Phillips.  A little surprisingly, the film is getting mixed reviews at best with only a 42% Fresh rating at Rotten Tomatoes.

Doing better in the reviews is the new Dreamworks animated film Megamind, with a fairly decent 65% Fresh rating.  However, the best praise is going to Danny Boyle’s 127 Hours, which has a whopping 94% Fresh rating.

Rounding out the weeks releases we have the CSI thriller Fair Game (76% Fresh) and the documentary Client 9: The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer (91% Fresh).

And that’s This Weekend in Movies
