This Weekend in Movies – October 3, 2008
Coming out in theatres today is Nick & Norah’s Infinite Playlist, which I saw about a month ago in an advance screening. It currently has a 67% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and you can revisit the thoughts I posted on the film.
Another film coming out, which I previously saw at the Toronto Film Festival, is Flash of Genious, which currently has a 69% Fresh rating.
The best reviewed film of the week would have to go to Appaloosa, which opens wide this week (after being in limited release for a few weeks). That film is currently sporting a 74% Fresh rating.
Not doing so well in the reviews are Blindness (38% Fresh), How to Lose Friends and Alienate People (41% Fresh), and Beverly Hills Chihuahua (46% Fresh).
