TIFF10: Splitting My Time

tiff09

This is my fifth year volunteering for the Toronto International Film Festival and I had a very hard choice deciding where to volunteer this year.  My automatic choice has always been the Varsity theatre, however I was disappointed to find out that it was not being utilized much this year.

After a lot of pondering, I decided that since I have more time available to myself this year than in previous years (due to me being a recent graduate), that I will split my time this year.  I will still go to Varsity for my four required shifts (since I am so used to the place), however I will do two additional shifts at the Scotiabank theatre.  Despite all theses shifts I should still have time to see plenty of films throughout the week.

Should be a fun festival.
